Key Job Duties:
Supports the mission, vision, and core values of Fleet Landing.
Participates in development and execution of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term strategic objectives.
Oversees and provides visionary, compassionate, and values-based leadership for Health Care, Sales, Campus and Resident Services.
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of internal and external processes, and continual improvement of same.
Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of Fleet Landing.
Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and staff designed to accommodate the growth objectives of Fleet Landing.
Partners with the CEO to represent Fleet Landing with external constituency groups, including community, governmental, and private organizations.
Ensures that all program activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of Fleet Landing.
Ensures the continued financial viability of Fleet Landing’s program/service units through sound fiscal management and planning.
Provides programmatic leadership and input for all strategic planning processes with the CEO and Board.
Develops, establishes, and directs execution of service provider contracts, operating policies and plans to support overall company policies and objectives.
Creates and maintains a positive spirit of teamwork amongst business units.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Should have training in business administration, accounting, financial management, health care administration or related areas.
Requires a minimum of five (5) years of operational and sales experience at the administrative leadership level in a Continuing Care Retirement Community or equivalent setting.
Proven ability to function and excel in team environment; must be an inspirational leader and be adept in coaching/mentoring staff. Experience in project management and successfully achieving meaningful goals/outcomes required. Must have passion for serving Residents and Staff.
