Mental Health America of Greater Houston (MHAGH) seeks a visionary, community leader to serve as its President and CEO to oversee the strategic direction, activities, and the operational and financial performance of this Houston-based non-profit organization.
Key duties include planning and developing innovative programs, overseeing their implementation and performance, building support and collaboration for the organization's missions across sectors and with key stakeholders, management of staff, and communication with the Board of Directors. Applicants should have experience in the non-profit sector, the ability to supervise all financial, planning, programming, community relations, board development and fundraising activities, and a passionate interest in behavioral health issues and trends.

Five+ years of non-profit leadership experience, knowledge of behavioral health, and a bachelor's degree or higher are preferred. Excellent communication and intepersonal skills, and proven capacities to build collaborative networks and to inspire and motivate key stakeholders are required.
