The Talent Management Coordinator supports the team in the delivery of talent management programs within the Learning and Capability Development content area. The Coordinator coordinates activities for the team for all Talent Management/Education work in progress to ensure effective program implementation and integration. The Coordinator maintains Learning activity records and provides metrics and Dashboards to meet stated Learning Impact requirements in every learning program.
High school diploma/GED required
Associate's degree or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Technical expertise to provide reports and metrics from Learning Systems.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel for Dashboards.
1-3 years of years of directly related experience required
