We are seeking an Executive Director who finds motivation in increasing the quality of life of others and a gift for understanding and communicating tactfully with members of the community. JOB SUMMARY: In accordance with 42 CFR 418l100A governing body designates the Executive Director to assume full legal authority and responsibility for the management of the hospice, the provision of all hospice services, its fiscal operations, and continuous quality assessment and performance improvement. A qualified administrator appointed by and reporting to the governing body is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hospice.
