Supports program wide strategic planning and business development. Provides project management, analytical leadership and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives. Develops project management tools that will include establishing metrics, monitoring performance and assessing project flow analysis. Conducts research and analysis using various market intelligence tools, internal data sources and additional sources relevant to the scope of the project. Performs various duties assigned by department management according to policies and procedures for Woman's Hospital.
Minimum Education: Requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or marketing with an emphasis on research/statistics or economics.
Minimum Work Experience: Requires a minimum of two years related experience. Healthcare experience is preferred.
Job Knowledge: Must have knowledge of conducting clinical service line analysis including market research, trending and industry trends. Knowledge of financial analysis is a plus. Project management skills including establishing performance metrics and benchmarking, organizing resources, measuring progress and reporting out is required.
