ResponsibilitiesThe IGAM Audity Analyst will be responsible for the following related to IGAM operations: Facilitating reauthorization campaigns Coordinating enrollments of new users for new Community Health clinics Facilitating growth role-based access Implementing Enterprise IAM solutions based on requirements while ensuring adherence to information security standards, custom development standards, and corporate policy Providing end-user training on standard operating procedures Audit operations will include the following: Performing routine provisioning audits to ensure least amount of access Tracing request and approval paths for user provisioning requests, validating adherence to established policy and procedure Conduting quality control review, update, and coordination for the delivery of requested documents from auditors Assisting in the development, monitoring, and implementation of a Plan of Action for any relevant issues and findings Developing the required audit guides, processes, and checklists that allow for a streamlined planning and execution of audit activities Developing an effective process for following up, tracking, and reporting on the status of action items that result from audit findings Providing reporting on reauthorizations and provisioning audits Preparting clear, well-written, and concise reports that describe audit findings, associated risks, and audit recommendations Tracking and reporting on remediation progress for corrective action plans Developing reports outlining industry best practices and proposing solutions Developing standard operating procedures (SOP) to improve audit results Project Coordination duties will include: Estimating project time requirements, addressing gaps, and participating in feasibility assessments Coordinating project resources to facilitate deliverables
Qualifications· Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management best practices.
· Detail oriented with emphasis on data analysis.
· Knowledge of systems and functions, including implementation, user support and training.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including using Excel to analyze data.
