The Director of Strategic Partnerships has the opportunity to develop and lead growth strategies to expand Spectrum Health’s $7+ billion, 14-hospital footprint and bring world-class care to more communities and patients.
By leading a team that is focused on identifying, planning and executing new programs and services, and through collaboration with partners in Clinical and Insurance Operations and other areas, you will serve as an expert resource in helping Spectrum Health Executive Leadership make the best decisions on where and how to grow our nationally recognized health system.
Being part of a major integrated delivery network like Spectrum Health will enable you to pilot new and innovative programs with our partners that span the provider and insurance segments. Through collaborative development of new services and corresponding partnerships, you will have the opportunity to combine creativity with financial acumen and business savvy, while improving how consumers approach the entire patient care journey.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, finance or medical administration is required, and a Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience: 7 + years’ experience reflecting growth achievement for a major health system and/or healthcare-focused consulting firm, with at least 3 years’ experience in structuring contracting arrangements between employers, providers and related third party entities. Demonstrable experience in building teams, partnering with clinicians, and working in a matrixed environment.
