Adena Health System (AHS), an integrated community health system headquartered in Chillicothe, Ohio, has partnered with Witt/Kieffer on the recruitment efforts for a newly created role of Vice President of Brand.
The Vice President of Brand will drive innovation across Adena, positioning the system for continued future success in the evolving healthcare landscape. She/he will develop a strategic brand and marketing plan and lead large scale initiatives and actions to advance overall marketing and elevate Adena's profile across the region. This will include increasing brand effectiveness; communicating, implementing and sustaining strategic initiatives; and monitoring the return on investments on marketing and brand strategies. The Vice President will understand Adena's communities and build strong relationships with all key stakeholders. She/he will have a demonstrated track record of engaging target consumers and have a strong understanding of the platforms, channels, strategies and approaches that will enable sustained growth and drive consumer focus to Adena.
This position requires strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative thinking and the capability to successfully implement strategy. This executive will utilize data-driven analytical skills and creative entrepreneurial skills to accomplish the objectives.
