Responsible for developing and executing on HMH Network strategies at Network level and within Hospital Regions, as well as across the Physician Enterprise and Health Venture Divisions. The Director will partner with senior leaders (EVP, CSO, President's, VPs) to assess needs, define business questions, translate business questions into analytical frameworks and develop-deliver strategic solutions to internal clients, support the alignment of system-wide strategic planning processes across research, academic, health ventures and clinical enterprises. This Director will work with Regional Presidents, Hospital Executives, the Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Strategy/ Business Development in developing hospital, ambulatory, retail, virtual, and other strategic initiatives in support of growing HMH market position and advancing the HMH brand. Annual strategic priorities and initiatives will define the strategic agenda from year-to-year. Key peer working relationships will include leveraging Strategy/ Business Development group leads, Physician Enterprise and Clinically Integrated Network management.
Developing and refining ambulatory strategy Network-wide and by Hospital/ Hub.
Facilitating ongoing development of Network ambulatory strategy through Development Committee.
Partner with senior leaders (EVP, CSO, President's, VPs) to assess needs, define business questions, translate business questions into analytical frameworks and develop-deliver strategic solutions to internal clients.
Managing hospital clinical service (re)distribution rationalization of services'.
Strategic initiative tracking and reporting (Network, Cascading) in collaboration with Project Analyst.
Support the alignment of system-wide strategic planning processes across research, academic, health ventures and clinical enterprises.
Support the organization with ongoing optimization and growth of current markets, while expanding HMHs footprint through partnerships and/or acquisitions, e.g., virtual strategy formulation.
Develop and execute work plans and serve as a key strategy advisor to SVP, CSO and Senior Executives and management team and multiple constituencies across all divisions of the organization.
Professional development of direct reports and contributing to a learning and transformative Strategy/ Business Development team.
Master's degree with 10 years of healthcare strategy and clinical operations
