CHI St. Luke's Health seeks a dynamic, highly accomplished, and innovative executive to serve as its Senior Vice President of Strategy, Marketing & Communications (SVP) of the Texas Division, and join one of the most progressive, prestigious, and complex Divisions within Catholic Health Initiatives. This newly created position is located in Houston, Texas. The CHI Texas Division, a member of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), comprises three markets: CHI St. Luke's Health, CHI St. Luke's Memorial, and CHI St. Joseph Health. CHI St. Luke’s Health is home of the Texas Heart® Institute (THI), eight hospitals, eight emergency centers, Diagnostic & Treatment Center, Radiation & CyberKnife® Center, and several St. Luke’s Medical Group locations throughout Greater Houston. Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center is joint-ventured with Baylor College of Medicine. Together, CHI St. Luke’s Health, THI, and Baylor College of Medicine are transforming healthcare delivery with a mission to usher in a new era of healthcare to create healthier communities. CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial is comprised of three hospitals and a long-term acute care facility in East Texas. CHI St. Joseph Health encompasses five hospitals, two long-term care facilities, one freestanding emergency center, four urgent care clinics, and several St. Joseph Medical Group locations across Brazos Valley.
Reporting to the CEO of the CHI Texas Division, the SVP will serve as a catalyst in leading the $2 billion regional health system in the assessment, development, and implementation of future-focused growth and transformational care delivery strategies. The SVP will advance new business ventures, strategic partnerships, affiliations, and network/market expansion initiatives, which are focused on growth of the clinical enterprise and responsive to shifts in the market. The SVP will create a comprehensive, cohesive Division-wide, systematic, data-driven planning and implementation methodology.
