A pivotal leader of our Rocky Mountain region, the incumbent will develop and drive the Program’s strategic plan to achieve profitability, growth, and unparalleled quality results.

Staff Management – While directly overseeing clinical staffing and partnering with the local Operations Manager (who supervises direct care staff), the PD will create a systematic approach to the recruitment, training and retention of qualified individuals who understand their contribution to the Learning Services standard of customer service. Ensure that the Program is a safe, amiable, honest, competent, worthy and fun place to both work and live.
Profitability – Collaboratively create and approve the Program’s Strategic Plan including projections for revenue, expenses, and profitability. Lead the Program’s implementation of the Strategic Plan. Provide analysis of factors related to impacting cost management and overall profitability; including the real-time management of the Program’s labor budget.
Census Management – Coordinate and actively participate in the Program’s flexibility in responding to the needs of key referral sources while upholding the standards that are the “brand” of Learning Services. Directly engage in Sales & Marketing efforts, including executing pre-admission screenings, delivering educational and marketing presentations, conducting tours, and providing visibility for the Program as the local Learning Services’ brain injury expert. Interface with Business Development Liaison, Admissions Director, and Chief Clinical Officer on review of referrals and prospective admissions.
Quality Management – Ensure that the Program has the ability to anticipate and meet the needs, demands and expectations of our Clients, External Stakeholders and employees on a personalized level leading to high levels of satisfaction with the Program’s services (including its customer service and hospitality standards).
5-10 years of experience working in residential healthcare or rehabilitation services
Experience in staff supervision, hiring, and training/developing staff
Proven ability to maintain compliance to budget and expense targets
Strong analytical ability to assess financial performance
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated individual with creative problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Preferred experience in disability management
Preferred clinical or medical experience in a rehab related field
Preferred advanced degree in clinical and/or healthcare related field
Minimum of college degree required
Preferred experience working in brain injury field
Must be at least 21 years of age
Maintain valid driver’s license
Maintain clear criminal background
Initial and annual TB screening
Preferred certified administrator
