The Strategic Insights Analyst - Senior performs in-depth, highly sophisticated data analysis and research, in support of planning activities and strategic growth initiatives across the organization. The Senior Analyst works as a member of the Strategy & Market Advancement team to create analytically rigorous, actionable insights and recommendations that identify and evaluate growth opportunities and drive business decision-making. Reports to the Supervisor, Strategic Insights and collaborates with Physician Relations, Business Development, and Strategic Planning Consultants in analysis and business plan development for new initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in statistics, business, finance, healthcare economics, market research, or related field required. Minimum of five years related professional experience in designing, producing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative analysis required.
MBA or MHA required. Minimum of three years related professional experience in designing, producing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative analysis required.
Healthcare industry knowledge, as exemplified by working knowledge of DRG's and ICD-10 codes, service lines, and specialty medicine required.
Extensive experience in Health Care Strategic Planning or consumer marketing research will be considered.
If a suitably experienced candidate cannot be found, applicants who meet the basic qualifications but possess fewer years of experience will be considered for hire at a lower level. Salary would commensurate with experience.
