The coordinator is responsible for data analysis for the patient experience and producing monthly scorecard and reports. Coordinator will also help make recommendations. In addition, the coordinator will serve as a liaison between patients, guests, families and hospital staff to assist in interpreting hospital policies, procedures, and services and in obtaining solutions to problems and concerns. This position frequently interacts with high level contacts necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
Associate's degree in health care or business-related field required; Bachelor's degree in aforementioned fields preferred.
o Minimum of 1 year of managing cross-functional projects o Prefer 3 years' experience working in patient experience, customer service, marketing or human resources
