The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking an HR Business Partner to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of employment and employee relations. This role provides support and guidance to client leaders in order to effectively manage the people function from sourcing, development and recognition through the exit process. We will rely on you for improving the level of service and performance of the human resources function to achieve and maintain employer of choice status, as well as maintain liaison relationships between employees and managers to facilitate the resolution of employee issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5-8 years of recent HR experience; healthcare union environment preferred
Experience with multiple HR disciplines such as employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management and staffing
Familiarity with HR best practices in the areas of recruitment, remuneration and benefits, and training and development
Proven experience executing organizational change programs as delegated by senior HR management
Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal requirements
Microsoft Office proficiency
