Cottage Health is currently seeking a creative, outgoing and team focused Senior Benefits and Wellness Consultant to join our amazing Human Resources family. The incumbent will be integral part of the Cottage Health benefits team, administering a phenomenal self-insured health plan, wellness account, and a multitude of other excellent benefits for our ever-growing employee population. This position will also conduct benefit meetings and educational presentations for our employees, serve as a liaison with our third party administrators, plan, organize and coordinate all wellness fairs, open enrollment and wellness challenges and serve as the “voice” of our recognition program.
Associates Degree or 4 years Human Resources Experience with emphasis in Benefits Administration. Demonstrated practical understanding of group employee benefit programs and event planning. Demonstrates a wide degree of creativity and latitude. 5 years Human Resources experience with 2-3 years direct experience in benefit programs. 1 year experience planning high-profile events.
