Lakeland Regional Health is searching for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join its Talent Division. This role assists in managing and performing job analysis (job evaluation, job descriptions), wage assessments (internal equity, external equity), pay adjustments (annual, transfers, promotions, market), salary structures (wage ranges, pay grades), position changes (job codes, job set up, new job creation), incentive programs (individual and management), and recognition programs (individual and team).
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, Master's preferred
Advanced knowledge of compensation management practices and HRIS systems
Advanced knowledge and skills in MS Excel required
Previous experience with compensation administration
Advanced analytical skills, excellent detail orientation and accuracy skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills
