The Audio Visual (AV) Systems Engineer will support complex AV systems from inception through operations in multiple locations. The support includes conference rooms, auditoriums, presentation systems, Video Conferencing (VTC) etc. The position will work closely with the executive team to insure meeting execution when video sessions, international sessions, or large audience sessions as well as the technical team for configurations and support.
BS in computer science, electronic technologies, business administration, computer science or similar
Act as a subject matter expert in video conferencing for executive personnel and technical teams
Lead conference room user experience design strategy
Support virtual care and telemedicine use of mobile video conference technologies
Proficient with different conferencing, audio, video technologies such as: Skype, Microsoft Teams, Polycom, and Zoom video conferencing services
Strong MAC experience
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to manage strict timelines and multiple requests in order to meet deadlines
5 years' experience in an A/V support role
Experience training internal associates on feature and capabilities related to audio/video equipment
Knowledge of Avaya integration with Skype and MS Teams (Preferred, not required)
Professional certifications (CTS, CTS-D, CEDIA, CCNA, CCNE) (Preferred, not required)
