Job Summary:
Responsible for balancing of all cash posted, electronic and manual, to the Accounts Receivable System and perform periodic audits to ensure payments are posted correctly. Total dollars posted average $100 million per month. Serves as a back-up to the Senior Financial Analyst-Cash.
Directly reports to the Senior Financial Analyst-Cash.
Competencies and Skills:
Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills and strong initiative to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates ability to communicate with all management levels in a mature, self-confident manner to provide and explain analyses and resolve issues.
Demonstrates well-developed PC skills with experience using MS Excel, MS Word, Siemens and IDX.
Demonstrates ability to be a self-starter and work well within a dynamic team atmosphere.
Education and or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related business field required. Minimum of two years of accounting, auditing, or relevant financial experience required.
OR
Master’s degree finance, business administration, accounting or related business field required.
Responsible for balancing and reconciliation of all payments and allowances posted to the Accounts Receivable System. Preparation of reports for Revenue Cycle Management. Assisting with audits and special projects. Works under the direct supervision of the Senior Financial Analyst for Cash Applications.
