DEPARTMENT: IT Fiscal Management Contract Personnel

WORK TYPE: Full Time (1.0 FTE)
Provides the technical and administrative resources necessary for the document preparation, maintenance, follow-up and financial analysis of Information Technology’s (IT) contractual relationships.
Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of Information Technology in its efforts to support and maintain system contract compliance.
Works under the general supervision of the Director of Fiscal Management and Contracts or Manager of this area.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Demonstrates above average written, oral and electronic communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and function under significant time pressures.
Demonstrates proficiency of current software systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Lawson, Remedy and email.
Demonstrates knowledge of IT and contact policies.
Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Demonstrates self-motivation, time management, and ability to multi-task projects.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two years general office experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent working experience required. Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business, or a related field preferred.
