That’s where you come in. Reingold is hiring a senior-level (12+ years) enterprise health care sales leader to drive the growth of our digital health services for commercial health systems and our health care partner channel.
About the Role
The health systems growth lead will engage with C-suite leaders, develop key partners, execute a national partnership strategy, and drive go-to-market growth initiatives for the top hospitals and health systems in the U.S. We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven self-starter who specializes in navigating large hospitals, health systems, and enterprise partner organizations. The successful candidate will be expected to use their existing relationships, knowledge of the sales process, and experience selling into enterprise health care accounts to drive results at scale.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
Establish, build, and manage engagement with C-Suite decision-makers at large hospitals, health systems, and commercial health industry partner organizations.
Create, execute, and maintain 6-, 12-, and 18-month strategic account growth plans to meet annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
Build trusted-adviser relationships with current and future customers, strategic partners, and industry associations.
Drive broad adoption of Reingold’s digital health services and outcomes that support long-term client success.
Prospect and evaluate opportunities, conduct outreach (including cold calls), select and present our services to potential clients, and support the purchase process.
Guide existing and new business partners through the enterprise health care sales process.
This position is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
At least 12 years of relevant sales experience (or nine years plus a master’s degree).
Demonstrated success selling to large health care and partner organizations with a repeatable sales process (prospecting, closing, growing).
Proven ability to drive enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, from start to finish.
A high degree of autonomy and initiative to impact stakeholders and drive measurable business results.
Access to established and respected contacts within the commercial health care community.
Exceptional communication skills to engage senior executive stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Ability to work cross-functionally to help create a best-in-class go-to-market team.
A player/coach, who can drive results and then recruit, grow, and lead a team to scale performance a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Professional sales training in Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales, spin selling, or similar approaches a plus but not required.
Experience selling to large health care organizations (e.g., IDNs, academic medical centers, regional or national health systems) preferred.
Established, respected contacts across the health care ecosystem (e.g., hospitals, health systems, health IT partners, commercial health care industry associations) a plus.
