The Customer Experience Insights Business Analyst will be responsible for developing competitive customer insights and analytics. Your ability to source, collect and manipulate data to derive meaningful, actionable insights and create the story behind the data is critical to this role as you work with the Customer Experience team to serve both internal and external customers. You'll leverage and demonstrate solid business expertise, critical-thinking skills and knowledge of data platforms to drive overall effective and innovative insights strategy.
Collect, manage, and analyze consumer research to identify trends, gaps and opportunities affecting customers experience using platforms that include but not limited to (NRC Health, Compass, Power BI, etc.)
Creates and presents custom presentations providing customer insights and actionable analysis to key stakeholders to assist in developing strategies to achieve goals in partnership with the customer experience team
Manages research and reporting to produce comprehensive consumer-centric insights that drive and improve performance, while working closely with multiple cross functional and operational teams
Responsible for supporting strategic planning by delivering forward-looking customer analysis to increase M Health Fairviews overall business through evaluating threats, implications, opportunities and making actionable recommendations in partnership with the customer experience team
Build and manage key stakeholder relationships and serve as a critical thinking and strategic partner to cross functional teams to best advocate for the utilization of M Health Fairviews voice of the customer data
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1- 2 years of Market Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Shopper Insights including advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel (writing complex equations, building dynamic workbooks, macros, graphics, etc.)
Understanding of Agile software projects, SDLC methodologies, or frameworks such as SCRUM or Kanban.
Coursework and/or work experience/internship in business systems analysis function.
General understanding of business functional areas and management issues as well as the IT organizations systems and capabilities.
Analytical/problem solving aptitude and effective research skills-ability to identify problems, analyze data and draw conclusions effectively.
Ability to accurately prepare written business correspondence and deliverables that are coherent, grammatically correct and professional.
