In support of M Health Fairviews mission of discovering a better way to deliver breakthrough healthcare, the organization is embarking on the development of a new customer innovation studionamed GPHR. The studio will focus on the development of customer experiences and content, dedicated to growing the strength of the M Health Fairview brand, as well as its share of patients.
GPHR will be a digital to the core collaboration between the CIO and the CMO, with data and technology driving all solutions. GPHR will be focused on a small number of high priority projects, and organized around small, integrated teams (known as PODs) working in agile. All activities within GPHR, and initiated by the PODs, will be supported by a select group of shared strategic, technical and creative services.
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the development and delivery of work supporting our digital marketing needs. This work includes optimization of SEO/SEM, updates to our website(s), tactical display and/or email campaigns, collaboration with our sponsorship partners, and management of flat panel screens throughout our health system. The right candidate will have a combination of project management skills, light front-end development skills (e.g., sitecore, salesforce), ability to lead external partners (e.g., agencies, offshore development), and a strong willingness to work as a self-starter.
Most importantly, this person must possess a commitment to improving the healthcare experience through an obsession with understanding consumers, and a passion for being a Health Champion, a System Challenger and a Moment Maker.
Manage/prioritize the inflow of tactical digital marketing requests
Working with our Global Sourcing Partners to facilitate tactical updates to our websites
Optimize SEO/SEM programs for the M Health Fairview brand and nine service lines (departments)
Lead internal/external teams to create/execute email and/or display campaigns
Manage development/delivery of small, ad-hoc digital marketing requests
Manage content on flat panel displays across 10 hospitals, 60 clinics
Work collaboratively in a newly formed digital studio where process, operating systems are still being formed
Bring an ambition to problem-solve, execute with minimal supervision
Desire to help us build an agile digital marketing capability
Bachelors degree is required
5+ years in digital marketing execution
Moderate proficiency in Sitecore, WordPress and Salesforce
