As the Senior Strategic Business Partner, you will:
Lead the development of executive-chartered initiatives from concept phase through the transition to operations using a combination of analytical, project management, change management, facilitation, and business management expertise
Execute strategies for new business units, joint ventures, acquisitions, and services
Maintain strong working knowledge of health care market trends and stay abreast of the evolving health care landscape to serve as a resource for strategic planning activities
Conduct strategic assessments and analysis such as environmental scans, competitor analysis, and market opportunity reports
Navigate relationships, authority, and decision-making effectively within a matrixed organization
Anticipate problems and takes corrective action prior to completing tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree required; in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or similar field preferred
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or similar field required
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting required
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in project management, strategic planning, and data analytics required
Background and experience with hospital operations required
