The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects that include creating website and interactive content including ChristianaCare websites and digital efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, designing and deploying plans to build engaging and measurable websites and digital content.
This person will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including marketing landing pages, analytics and reporting projects and other select projects, all while successfully managing client expectations and enhancing the visibility and reputation of ChristianaCare. The Project Manager will have a keen eye for detail, high working standards and a proactive approach to online content creation and delivery methods.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works to deploy the online website plan for ChristianaCare including: christianacare.org, social media sites and other website-related projects and digital properties.
Develops and owns production delivery timelines and follow process (RACI) and workflow for review of content, deadlines and schedules.
Liaises with marketing, technology, development and communication teams to create assets to support the website and to maximize audiences.
Ability to communicate complex digital processes to all levels of technology proficiency.
Develop and report web analytics and other project reporting efforts in coordination with External Affairs teams.
Maintains and provides ongoing design of digital assets as articulated by the Digital Team Leader, Creative Team Leader and ChristianaCare brand standards.
Utilizes past metrics to improve and guide maintenance of all projects.
Helps create and maintain digital project processes.
Facilitates appropriate community and social media via Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media assets. Acts as a backup for social media monitoring.
Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
Performs other related duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising, liberal arts, or equivalent education in a related field.
Five years of experience in working with websites and/or digital projects.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Experience working in healthcare preferred
Proven success working on large, complex projects with limited supervision
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Proven ability to take high-level projects and divide into smaller tasks and phases.
Familiar with project management software, with preference to Monday.com, Basecamp, and MS Project.
Solid understanding of web analytics and developing reports to measure project performance.
Ability to accurately hear and assess client needs and translate that information into creative, dynamic results-achieving, web, and other digital materials and promotional programs.
Knowledge of MS Teams, Office365, Adobe products such as Photoshop, and content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and brand standards.
Extensive knowledge of website content creation, design/development, and usability techniques.
Knowledge of community management and social media.
Highly detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. Should be able to succinctly communicate effectively with diverse individuals at various levels within the organization.
Flexibility to change direction on short notice. Enthusiasm while juggling multiple, concurrent projects including the ability to smoothly transition between projects throughout the day.
Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in waterfall and Agile environments.
