The Corporate ComplianceConsultant works under the direction of the Compliance Vice President and orDirector to perform ongoing activities related to the development,implementation, maintenance of and adherence to BSWH policies and procedures incompliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

The Corporate ComplianceConsultant job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Identifiesappropriate projects for audits and schedules audits with appropriatepersonnel.
• Conductsauditing, monitoring, and investigating activities to determine compliance withBSWH policies and procedure, and federal, state and local laws.
• Provideswritten audit and investigation reports, identifying risks and recommendingappropriate steps to improve effectiveness and mitigate risks.
• Obtainscorrective action plans for identified deficiencies and follows through todetermine effective implementation is completed.
• Tracksaudit findings and surveys personnel audited to assess audit satisfaction andeffectiveness.
• Providesand coordinates education and training for compliance initiatives.
• Servesas a compliance resource to BSWH departments and entities on basic compliancematters.

The ideal candidate for theCorporate Compliance Consultant will demonstrate excellent written and oralcommunicate skills based on level of expertise, and also exercise goodjudgment, attention to detail, integrity, dependability and objectivity.

- EDUCATION - Bachelors or Equivalent Exp

- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 1 year experience required
