JOB SUMMARY:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates independently. Provides the best quality service to hiring managers and job candidates through sourcing and selection. Serves as a resource to other Talent Operations colleagues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted outreach and recruitment events.
- Sources the best candidates for consideration.
- Serves as a resource to other Talent Operations colleagues.
- Leverages Talent Operations key metrics and collaborates with HR colleagues on complex issues.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:
