We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Facility Services to direct the overall hospital Facility Planning, Property Management, Engineering Operations, Environmental Services, and Laundry Services!

As the Executive Director of Facility Services, you will:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for master facility planning; capital project administration and management; facility lease analysis, negotiations, and management; assists with property planning needs and acquisitions
• Be responsible for planning safe and efficient facilities in conformity with fire, safety, sanitary, operational, and medical requirements and organizational goals
• Maintain financial and team accountability for Engineering, Environmental Services, Laundry, Facility Construction, and Planning and Property Management departments
• Lead the facility planning department in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the Kootenai Health leadership team and other departments to provide a unified approach to healthcare facility service planning and project management
• Enforce environmental regulations and ensures compliance. Provides quality inspections of finished work product
• Ensure construction work is being performed to job plan standards
• Ensure compliance with appropriate safety, OSHA, DNV (NIOSH), Idaho Public Works, and other regulatory standards
• Function as a facilitator and change agent
