Summary:

This key member of Supply Chain team is responsible for administering the Meditech Materials Management Information System. Maintains Stock Dictionary, performs routine schedule and as necessary reports out of Meditech. Assist all staff in data search and data base administration. Key associate in communications with Houston Procurement Center to ensure supply availability resolves problems and create long term solutions. Prepare annual inventory documents and manages team for data entry and report generation. Assist staff in managing vendor, item master files through Recalls, queries, contract compliance, value analysis, and expense identification, obsolete and surplus inquiries.

Requirements:

• Some College preferred.
• Preferred Health Care / Hospital work experience.
• Preferred knowledge of medical surgical supplies.
• Basic computer knowledge. Preferred MMIS experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
