The Emergency Department Patient Experience Ambassador is responsible for creating and maintaining an environment of service excellence through positive interactions with patients, families, visitors and the health care team. The patient experience ambassador is responsible for greeting, directing and proactively providing information to patients and families.Â
High School diploma or equivalent required. College education preferred Basic computer skills Ability to multitask and work in a busy, stressful environment Self Directed, takes initiative Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills Bilingual preferred Prior experience with customers and demonstrated excellent customer service skills is preferred
