Document Management - Manage and control standards and templates, and reports keeping the documentation organized and easy to find and use. Streamline data submission and reporting processes and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation as necessary. Maintains an effective and accurate information resource library to include software and system documentation.
Training –Ability to educate organization on best practices in using the solution. Assist in the development of training materials on best practices on utilization of the tools, reports, and dashboards. Coordinate and schedule training classes to advance the skills and capabilities of the users.
Technical Configuration and Management
Leads the implementation of the tool for the Enterprise in a SaaS model -
Create and maintain user accounts and track license usage
Set up and maintain the security structure, security groups and security templates
Perform configuration adjustments and database customizations in relation to any new requirements
Serve as an expert in developing workflows, dashboard creation, and reporting First-line Help Desk support with the immediate responsibility to resolve issues with the user, provides daily administration support for JIRA
Communicates and coordinates downtime processes with any interested or potentially affected parties. Effectively prepares for downtime event, provides coordination for execution, and delivers post assessment & communication
Maintains supported application, meeting SLAs. Ensures that updates are performed timely and with minimal disruption. Communicates changes & provides training/documentation to affected users.
Interfaces with external vendors, auditors and regional technical personnel to solve technical problems, prepare post incident reports, develop best practices, troubleshoot problems, and resolve related technical issues.
Maintains and seeks to improve technical expertise in all areas of end user and system support. Maintains certifications and displays continued growth in learning of emerging technologies.
Reports Development –
Design, develop, revise, and maintain custom reports, dashboards or presentations
Gather and translate business requirements into report designs
Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
Provide reporting to customers and management to support business decisions and become more proficient in the use of the application
Communicate with team members to assess progress of deliverables
Examine, evaluate, and develop reporting requirements for various business units; develop reports and reporting structures as required
Communicate reporting changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation to management and other team members
Work with other reporting team members to prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in reporting systems across the organization
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Expert in implementing and administrating JIRA for a large enterprise in a SaaS model
Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation
Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA.
Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages.
Ability to create custom fields, reports using post functions.
Ability to test, recommend and install new plug-ins.
Advanced level experience with ScriptRunner (Jira plugin) and proficiency in developing and managing custom Groovy scripts for desired Jira functionality
Expert level knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks
Proficient at developing technical and user documentation and training guides.
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
Strong customer service & support skills.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
Experience with Service Now (ticket queue management, change control, JSD integration) is PLUS
Experience with integrating JIRA and MSPO is a plus
Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language), a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
B.S. in engineering, computer science, systems, business or related scientific/technical discipline
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT systems
4 or more years hands on working experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
4+ years’ experience as JIRA Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required.
Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA as a Project/Application Administrator.
3+ years of JIRA Plugin Creation
Some Helpdesk experience using the ServiceNow ticketing system or other tools
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner or Certified Safe® Scrum Master

Works with all teams and leadership to provide the tools, monitoring and reporting necessary to successfully delivery as expected.
Must have experience in data analytics and metrics optimization. They must be able to assist in putting the data collected to practical use, with the end goal of ensuring we are utilizing our standards to successfully deliver on our goals and objectives. They must help identify the data necessary to proactively make business decisions. They will build online dashboards and printable reports based on Executive, Manager, and individual level requirements.
