We're thrilled to launch recruitment for the Director, Transformational Initiatives . Reporting to our Vice President, Revenue Cycle Optimization, the Director is responsible for providing strategic direction and leading innovation in the development of the revenue cycle analytics platform. This role will incorporate data science, algorithmic modeling, automation solutions including robotic process automation, the governance of information technology projects and initiatives, and adoption of technology to improve the patient financial experience.
Provide leadership and strategic direction in developing and implementing sophisticated analytic capabilities across revenue cycle
Investigate and implement automation solutions, including robotic process automation (RPA) to increase capacity and achieve operational efficiencies
Align and direct the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision strategies, objectives, and goals of the organization
Manage and develop relationships between revenue cycle leaders and technology solution companies, including evaluation of new and existing capabilities to transform the patient financial experience
