Responsible for designing and developing the organizational and position structure to support the organization's mission and enhance productivity and effectiveness. Works with business and functional leaders to make strategic decisions regarding company hierarchy and personnel infrastructure. Utilizes a variety of assessment methods to gather the information needed to present informed recommendations. Reviews and analyzes work processes, workloads, workflow and functional interrelationships to identify ways to improve efficiency and productivity. Develops and presents organizational structures and staffing models. Recommends work process changes.

Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials. Create and deliver holistic change programs including training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and program management.
Leads and manages OD projects and programs from initial contracting through post-intervention evaluation.
Designs customized OD interventions, including but not limited to team effectiveness and alignment, development planning, organization design, strategic planning, and change management.
Leads talent management initiatives and projects, including but not limited to onboarding, performance management and succession planning.
Partners with executives to lead the design, implementation, and assessment of major organizational change projects. Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.
Contribute to the restructure of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
