The Administrative Fellow will participate in high-visibility administrative projects which may include operation planning, financial analysis, virtual care models, health tech, and new program implementation, and will gain insight into all areas of the hospital by learning from department managers and clinical staff.
This entry-level management position reports directly to Hospital Administration. Assigned projects will vary depending on institutional needs.
In this role, you may:
Serve as a contributor to diverse teams that are tasked with developing and assessing new insights and ideas that will drive forward our strategy.
Synthesize developments into focused understanding, insights, and guidance for future strategic and operational decisions.
Working across all levels of the business by establishing trusting and collaborative relationships with a wide range of peers across the enterprise.
Work on projects leveraging digital tools.
This is a year-long position that allows you to make significant contributions while learning about MSK.

At least 2+ years of work experience prior to graduate school (strongly preferred), preferably in healthcare

A proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
