340B Health seeks a Policy and Education Coordinator to work on a full-time basis beginning as soon as possible. The Policy and Education Coordinator will assist 340B Health staff with education of the organization’s members and others regarding 340B compliance issues and program developments, and with regulatory, legislative, and legal research and advocacy relating to the 340B discount drug program. The position will begin as remote but may transition to in-person at our Washington, DC office as pandemic restrictions are lifted.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF POSITION
Assist Legal and Policy Team with planning annual conferences, webinars, and other educational events, including program and content development and identifying speakers
Support Legal and Policy Team with research projects involving legal, compliance, regulatory, and legislative issues
Track and evaluate legal, compliance, regulatory, and legislative issues and developments
Draft articles for 340B Health publications
Draft and revise educational materials for members
Provide technical assistance to members
Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 2 years professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced non-profit environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
