The GME office at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a GME Program Assessment Manager. In partnership with the GME Director and GMEC Chair, the Program Assessment Manager is responsible for the management and administration of program assessment processes including Annual Program Evaluations (APEs), GMEC program reviews, annual institutional review of all programs, program letters of agreement, and annual accreditation self-studies and site visits.
The GME Program Assessment Manager will also support the GME Director and GMEC Chair to effectively and efficiently ensure the Training Program Directors and Program Coordinators have the resources they need to continue facilitate highly successful training programs.
Prioritize and organize GMEC program reviews based on quality metrics including APEs, Survey results, resident and faculty evaluations, accreditation agency reviews and timing of previous review. Conduct surveys as needed.
Work with Program Directors to improve program quality monitoring by developing effective measures, evaluation questionnaires and other metrics useful in monitoring quality. Attend meetings and develop external relationships to learn about practices at other institutions.
Support accreditation processes by reviewing documents, submitting timely information, monitoring overall progress and compliance.
Monitor ACGME website for policy changes and advise program directors on implementation requirements.
Serve as the GMEC Liaison and work closely with GMEC Chair to support the Committee, develop monthly meeting agendas and faculty professional development.
Oversee the GME Program Coordinator Advisory Team, guiding them as they create meaningful programs for the coordinator group. Also lead monthly GME Program Coordinator meetings for all coordinators and ensure they are aware of key ACGME and institutional policy updates.
Manage database of paperwork/documentation to provide information to program leadership to develop action items.
Manage the review and timely processing of ~200 legal agreements each year covering both in and out-rotations by trainees.
Manage and coordinate the ACGME bi-annual CLER visit, managing all logistics, participants, schedule and informational materials.
Manage and coordinate ACGME 10-year self-study and site visit.
Make recommendations on standard methodologies.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
2-4 years experience working in project management, program evaluation, accreditation/assessment preferred
Familiarity with hospital/healthcare environment and/or graduate education
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and analyze/synthesize quantitative and qualitative data
