Compensation Director
We are responsible for establishing and implementing MSK's compensation philosophy and programs for staff, physicians, and executives. This includes maintaining an equitable market-based salary structure as well as standards for starting salaries, promotional increases, reward programs, and other salary adjustments; administering annual salary merit increases and bonus processes as well as maintaining key elements of a job architecture framework. We develop and support programs and processes that enable MSK to remain competitive in the recruitment and retention of staff at all levels of the organization while maintaining institutional budgetary priorities.
