The Client Manager 2 QA is responsible for managing the success of the relationships with an assigned group of medium to large-sized clients in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified. Serves as the liaison for the sales and account management functions for large employer groups clients. Balances client support, strategic influence, and mobilizes and motivates internal resources to resolve client issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Acts as primary client contact; manages accounts, meets with clients, reviews results, ensures client satisfaction.
Develops sound business development strategies focused on retention and growth.
Interacts with key decision makers (external and internal) including those at senior executive level (C-suite).
Works closely with product teams and other BSWH stakeholders to develop and deliver services to our partners.
Coordinates client administrative details with Operations, Finance, Legal, Analytics, Customer Support, and IT.
Performs account review calls and face-to-face meetings to review value creation, reporting, clinical programs, etc.
Maintains ongoing education on industry knowledge and trends.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in either managed care (HMO/PPO) or ACO organizations, or possibly other provider or health insurance organizations.
Experience within a provider governed HMO/PPO/ACO strongly preferred.
Skill in the use of computers and related software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Possesses solid communication, technology, analytical, management, and teamwork skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively operate in the complex environment of an integrated health system.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an expedient and decisive manner.
Possesses appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity towards target population.
