PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is responsible for key business metrics and reporting that drives decision making and process improvement for the Human Resources Department. A champion for standardizing and automating internal client-facing reports provided to Business Units. Be a change agent within Human Resources to ensure accurate and high quality data is collected and analyzed on a consistent basis. Leverage a variety of analytical tools to provide information that is flexible, responsive and nimble to changing business needs.
