The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the design and project management of recruitment strategies for talent acquisition at all staff and organizational levels for positions that enable the achievement of business strategic goals. This position will partner with colleagues and leadership to identify talent gaps, conduct needs assessments, designs and implements innovative staffing solutions that are linked to the system business goals in order to create and assist in maintaining a high performing workforce.
