PRIMARY FUNCTION: Learn new systems, re-design workflows, and train staff in the use and operation of HR systems. Prepare, support and maintain systems and processing procedures. Ensure HR data quality and integrity through internal audits, report writing, documentation of procedures and partnering with the HR Operations team. Support timely and accurate data to employees, managers and other key customers such as Payroll, Finance and Nursing Resources.
