MSK's HR Operations team comprises our HR resources/service delivery center, analytics and workforce planning, process optimization, employee experience, and strategic communications. We're focused on delivering an unparalleled employee experience across the employee lifecycle, driving efficiency across processes and systems, and using analytics to drive decision making and planning.
We're looking for an experienced writer/editor to oversee our HR communications strategy and content creation, enhancing how we engage employees with HR content. You will partner closely with our Internal Corporate Communications office and serve as a communication partner to the HR Leadership team, helping us unify our voice and appropriately communicate/market our HR programs, offerings and initiatives.
An experienced communications professional with a passion for human resources and change management.
A writer and storyteller able to effectively and creatively communicate across various stakeholders using your compelling story-telling capability.
A collaborative leader, building cross-functional relationships to drive change and influence business decisions. Exhibits a no-job-is-too-big or small attitude.
A content creator with proven ability to unify voice and delivery across multiple channels and audiences.
Metrics-driven focused on using metrics to define strategy and assess the effectiveness of employee communications.
A proven leader with the ability to lead cross-function project teams and work in highly matrix organizations.
Develop content for HR communications including, but not limited to, benefits and wellness programs, mobility and professional development, talent programs, compensation and performance, HR survey, HR systems, and employee experience initiatives.
Partner with HR COE's to market HR programs/offerings, improving awareness and accessibility.
Lead HR Communication strategy with a focus on unifying our message and marketing HR to our employees.
8-10 years experience with change management strategies and executive communications supporting corporate functions.
Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Editorial skills and creating harmonized "one-voice" content.
Understanding of employee benefits, employee experience, compensation and other HR programs.
Experience writing in varied formats (long-form, short-form), mediums (social media, web, video) and audiences (executive, managerial and individual contributor employee levels).
