We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to primarily support our Information Technology roles across the organization!
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Develop collaborative relationships with operational leadership to gain knowledge of the business units within the organization.
Build effective sourcing strategies, plans, and tactics to attract passive and active candidates.
Effectively communicate ChristianaCare's employee value proposition for each role, total rewards and organization-wide branding programs vital to close the recruit.
Conduct pre-screens applicant for objective job requirements and behavioral event interviews to determine individuals fit for the organization's culture.
Maintain timely, organized and accurate records appropriately documenting in the applicant tracking system.
Adhere to all labor law regulations (OFCCP, EEO, etc).
Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in full cycle, high volume, multi-level recruitment required. Healthcare experience preferred. Six years full cycle, high volume, multi-level work experience may be substituted for education and work requirements. Recruitment experience within Information Technology strongly preferred.
