The Vice President of Digital Marketing will be the organization’s leading expert on all aspects of digital marketing. This includes driving high-performance marketing plans through strategic planning and execution of comprehensive campaigns that encompass and integrate the elements of search engine optimization, website functionality and navigation, maximized use of social media platforms, as well as customer relationship management through journey mapping and marketing automation. This position also oversees online reputation management and major brand initiatives, including sponsorships and co-branding with joint venture partners.
Essential Functions - Strategic
Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans that drive growth in key service lines.
Advances website functionality and navigation to ensure a consumer-friendly experience and to maximize consumer engagement.
Works with the innovation team to launch new virtual health products in the marketplace.
Develops and oversees social media strategies to maximize the best use of all platforms, consistently matching the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Oversees online rating activity ensuring best practices are followed across the health system.
Oversees all major brand sponsorships to ensure they produce the desired brand recognition for MemorialCare.
Oversees all analytics and performance reporting resulting from marketing plans and campaigns.
