You Will Be Responsible For:
Researches current company practices and industry best practices to strategically formulate recommendations for standardization, policy and program development.
Prepares drafts of program policies and revisions to program policies, drawing from committee input, best practices and published reputable sources.
Conducts analysis for the purpose of audit and standardization.
Analyzes the impact of new programs or changes to programs, preparing reports that indicate facility differences and potential impacts including costs, workforce impacts, procedure impacts and communication impacts.
Effectively communicates Compensation practices to HR Business Partners and others as needed, bringing questions of interpretation to supervisor as needed.
Manages the AHS MarketPay database as Administrator.
Participates in gathering and submitting data for salary surveys
Develops new offer calculators in accordance with all newly deployed facility’s pay practices
Data structure updates to the standard market analysis models.
Maintains ongoing and up-to-date knowledge of AHS company-wide policies in all areas and best practices in other organizations.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of experience across diversified Human Resources functions
The Sr. Analyst applies analytical and creative abilities to research issues and provide suggestions for resolutions or improvements to Compensation Strategy and Administration programs. The Sr. Analyst researches all aspects of the impact of proposed programs and practices or changes to programs and practices
