The Senior Total Compensation Consultant is responsible for providing strategic level compensation consulting and project management services for System initiatives specific to competitive pay programs and the pay for performance philosophy at Baylor. This position monitors compensation trends and best practices in the external market and then partners with HR and Business Leadership to enhance Baylor’s pay programs and competitive position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work productively as a member of a team or work independently, and understand best practices in compensation trends.
