The Senior Clinical Sourcer will join a specialized Talent Sourcing team and be responsible for the design and project management of sourcing strategies for Clinical Physician and APP talent acquisition. As a key recruiting partner for the business, this person will deliver a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to fill critical business vacancies. This role requires understanding the nuances of Physician Sourcing including specialties and Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NP).
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work productively as a member of a team or work independently, a strong understanding of talent networking and sourcing strategies and have a strong sense of urgency. Ability to nurture candidate pipelines is essential. The successful candidate will be proficient at finding candidates using Physician/APP clinical recruiting databases, Boolean search, Chrome extensions, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as documentation in applications
Proficient knowledge of employment laws and hiring policies
Possesses a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, time management and proactive problem solving
Ability to write effective outreach messaging for email and texts to attract candidates
Provide experience in researching, analyzing and disseminating information, and managing time sensitive projects in order to meet deadlines
Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Strong decision-making skills using data such as competitor insights, labor market data and recruitment data
Strong computer skills and experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems (CMS/CRM).

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
Minimum of 4 years clinical provider sourcing experience required

Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
