St. Lukes Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Population Health Analyst to join our Health Partners (SLHP) team. Unit/Position Summary Under general supervision, the Population Health Analyst is responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources, and for identifying and translating opportunities and business needs into reporting and recommended action plans. This role is also responsible for maintenance of proprietary data systems and structures, along with multiple varieties of analysis, projections, and modeling.
