Position Summary: As a member of the Client Services team, the Senior Analyst serves as a key IT resource for facility implementation, optimization, and solutions/support. The Senior Analyst works under the guidance of the Manager, Client Services to perform their duties. Primary responsibilities include assisting organizations with IT activities, second level support to resolve incidents, and participation in new install, upgrade/SU, and/or new module/application testing and implementation. This individual works with other team members and our facilities to deliver training as needed, and to implement standardization, utilization, integration and optimization plans. The Senior Analyst is expected to serve as the single point of accountability for a few complex projects at any given point in time. The Senior Analyst is expected to spend time within our facilities and critical areas to maintain a firm understanding of operations to ensure development of and solutions implemented solve the core ask/issue. Travel will be as necessary to support various departmental initiatives. To be successful within our department analysts should have a passion for innovation and revolutionizing healthcare. Minimum Requirements: Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores within first 3 months in role Microsoft Office Proficiency Professional experience in the information services and/or health care industries Epic Application Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency preferred, Grand Central and Cadence
Education/Licenses/Certifications: BA/BS in computer science/information technology, healthcare administration, or related field. Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
