Are you interested in transforming how clinical research finances and billing compliance are managed at MSK? Join our team!The Clinical Research Informatics & Technology team is looking for a Product Manager that will perform a deep analysis and reinvent the management of clinical research finances using robust technology. You will dive into the current state of our clinical research operations and reimagine how multiple offices leverage multiple systems and solutions.

You will!

• Perform detailed user research, develop journey maps and workflows to document the current state
• Identify improvement areas to leverage technology where possible.
• Lead the overall prioritization and development of existing applications.
• Use modern technology and integrations to improve the compliance and tracking of clinical research charges
• Work closely with various offices at MSK to help prioritize and advance applications and tools for clinical research within the larger organization.

• Lead working meetings and engage with leadership to develop and prioritize the program roadmap

• Own responsibility for the success of deliverables and timeline in alignment with CRIT leaderships vision and goals
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of customer needs and regulatory demands in the Medicare Coverage Analysis (MCA) space and overall budgeting and invoicing processes to devise the best technical solutions for users needs.

You have!

• 3+ years as a product owner, project manager, or scrum master in a clinical/healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to navigate independently, and collaborate with senior leadership
• A strong interest and experience in user research and process mapping
