As a Salesforce Program Manager, you need to know how to:
The Salesforce Program Manager will lead the Contact Center initiative, a high visibility and complex program across the system. You will build, manage and enhance the program built on Salesforce Health Cloud, including program coordination and development. Ensures program framework supports strategic, business or organizational objectives. As a Program Manager, you will partner with business owners to proactively identify opportunities, define scope and expected outcomes. This position requires top tier communication, organization, leadership experience, and flexibility in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities. Innovative thinking and creativity are expected.
- Participate in the strategic planning of the Contact Center agent desktop program built on Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Think creatively to assess problem statements and devise solutions that exceed expectations. Work with the stakeholders to understand the problem/need behind the request. Work to proactively identify opportunities.
- Consult with business owners as a trusted advisor to proactively build a program roadmap aligned with organizational strategies and plan for multi-phase project delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities; organize, direct, plan and monitor the program.
- Manage program schedule and scope requirements, and standard project and change management practices.
- Monitor major risks across the program and coordinate timely and effective resolution to critical/escalated issues.
- Provide executive/stakeholder communication on major projects, program status, project resources and risk/issue mitigation.
- Schedule program development work to ensure deadlines are met; report status weekly.
- Partner with our Enterprise Project Management Office and vendor, Salesforce, to understand available resources/best practices, attend training opportunities and networking events.
- Lead and direct the work of others. Oversee the work product and serves as a mentor to analysts as needed.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and technical teams. Partner with the program sponsors and steering committee members.
- Ensure IT and customer directors are involved and kept informed on all portfolio and program activities.
- Manage continuous improvement for program methodology and tools.
- Maintain enthusiasm and curiosity for new Salesforce technology and keep knowledge and skills up to date.
- Promote mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abide by service behavior standards.

Required:
- Minimum of five (5) years of CRM experience
Preferred:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with electronic medical record platforms, such as Epic
- Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience
- Experience interfacing with executive stakeholders.

- Proficient with MS Office software, including Word, Excel and Project.
